John R. Marks, IV received his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. As a member of the Florida Bar, he has practiced law in Florida in the fields of telecommunications, intellectual property, and health care. At Florida A&M University's School of Business, he taught Business Law and international commercial law. His interests include preservation of technological freedom rights and advocacy for Free and Open Source Software.
