Robert F. Brooks (Associate Dean for Information and Administrative Services) earned his PhD in Communication from FSU and MA in Communication from the University of Oklahoma. He retired from the Air Force in 1996 after 22 years of service. His teaching interests are in management, leadership, and research methods. He is a member of ALISE, ICA and NCA and Phi Kappa Phi. He has developed a model of information interaction and is currently testing its application to predicting success in online learning.
