3. Reports of Sub-Teams:
   David Miner gave a progress report on the progress towards getting offsite backup for the ADA/Disaster Plan Team. The only discussion about the OPS shortage was about who exactly gets GA/TA waivers for the spring. Kathy said that all current GA/TAs that did not apply for graduation this fall should be covered in the spring, but may not necessarily be assigned to the same area.

4. Reports of Special Teams and other Team Business:
   The environmental scan for this team was discussed. It was decided that the scan will focus on seven areas. Each of these areas was assigned to one or two team members to research. It will be the focal point of the next meeting. The areas and the person/s assigned to each are as follows: Intellectual Property - Dr. Burnett Security & Digital Right Management -David Miner & Dr. Conaway ADA compliance - Dr. Latham Diversity - Colleen Davis & Susan Thomas Intellectual Freedom- Dr. Robbins & Diane Jenkins Fiscal Health - Colleen Davis & Susan Thomas Organizational Relationships - Ellen Habib & Reggie Grant

5. Unfinished Business:
   Reconvene to discuss and compile the environmental scan report components.

   A request was made for any documents that need to be housed on the School's intranet but currently are not.
