   1. Assignment of subteams: Chatman and Gross to generate motions on course seminar content and summer courses for doctoral students. Tentative report due dte Dec 1. Conaway and Doctoral representatives will address clarification of DIS vs. collaboration practica requirements and options. Tentative report due dte Dec 1. 2. Online collaboration system still not as desired but no longer aborts. Gluck to seek additional clarification regarding the storage of inactive collaborations. 3. Online applications are progressing but are still not functional. Gluck asked all to review the forms and packet as prepared by Tatia and report back to him within two weeks (Nov 18) regarding issues, comments, errors, omissions, or suggestions. 4. Gluck will generate a letter formally indicating the submission of stipend and work load data concerning doc students across sister schools and campus to the Dean.
