     Christopher Bickford, Blair Monroe, Branly Fontaine, Harry Buerkle, Misook Heo, Jim Bonnici, Michael Workman

   • Others in Attendance: Erin Ivey (Erin is Jim Bonnici's replacement). Please note that some of those who are listed as absent may not be members of this team.

2. Special Orders:
   Dean Robbins has requested a technology envirnomental scan be conducted on three levels: internal, university, and global by each sub-team: User Services, Instructional Design, and Infrastructure. (Due 15 March 2002)

3. Reports of Sub-Teams:
   The Infrastructure Sub-team brought back revised policy and procedure recommendations. The Hardware Replacement Cycle was brought to the table for further discussion. The sub-team will clarify the different tiers of users and will create standards and objectives for standard operating systems and will clarify minimum standards for computing. There was no formal acceptance of the recommendations.
