  1. Called to Order: 11:05

  2. Special Orders:
    Dean Robbins has requested a technology envirnomental scan be conducted on three levels: internal, university, and global by each sub-team: User Services, Instructional Design, and Infrastructure. (Due 15 March 2002)

  3. Reports of Sub-Teams:
    The Infrastructure Sub-team brought back revised policy and procedure recommendations. The Hardware Replacement Cycle was brought to the table for further discussion. The sub-team will clarify the different tiers of users and will create standards and objectives for standard operating systems and will clarify minimum standards for computing. There was no formal acceptance of the recommendations.

  4. Reports of Special Teams and other Team Business:
    Reports and Discussions of: Black Board Integration ACNS Integration

  5. Agenda was approved without additions.

  6. Minutes from the meeting of 12 December 2001 were approved.
