2. Special Orders:
   1. New Student Services Coordinator will be elected in the Fall.

4. Reports of Special Teams and other Team Business:
   
   1. Report on Database Training sessions - Marion Davis
   
   - Convert all database records into Access at some point. David Miner says it can be done.
   - A uniform Access operating system should make applications easier, more refined capabilities.
   

5. Unfinished Business:
   
   1. Graduate Enrollment - Stephanie Maatta.
   
   - numbers handout passed out.
   - large number of pending students.
   - quite a bit off our enrollment goal of 250. Must accept 300, according to our 3/4 average calculations.
   - Maatta will be presenting at the Savannah Public Library, expect some potential students from there.
   - Consider military bases in FL/GA, paper them, catch military spouses. In the past, they have shown great interest.
   - Valdosta State: encourage their students to take Fall online courses HERE.
   - Waiting on roughly 180 packet request responses.
   - 275 from 325 applications.
   - Got to County Libraries, write to the director and the head of the local Friends of the Library. Encourage them to sponsor a local staff member who is interested in pursuing further technical experience.
   
   2. Brief discussion of Undergraduate enrollment goals and increased emphasis on checking prerequisites for Undergraduates.
