    The agenda and areas of attention were outlined and include: orientation admissions awards advising issues, including identifying the needs of online students and their advising needs staffing of student services, another graduate advisor perhaps?, of the student services desk, of the peer advising program review of sholarship information: guidelines/processes Additions to student portion of School website: course waiting list, plan of study, better advising section Assessment of Student Services

    Don Latham and Marcella Genz were appointed co-coordinators of the Student Services Team. The next meeting is scheduled for 26 September 2002, 9:00-10:30
