Professional Certificates
The College of Information offers graduate-level certificates that can be earned for professional development as a non-degree seeking student. Two of the certificates - Museum Studies and School Library Media Leadership - are also available to degree-seeking students.
Application Deadlines: Application deadlines are the dates by which all application materials must be received at FSU.
Admission to a certificate program is for fall, spring, and summer. Fall deadline: July 1. Spring deadline: November 1. Summer deadline: March 1.
Type of Certificate

Note: Certificate programs do not award a degree or diploma; however, you may apply up to 12 credits earned for a certificate toward a master's or specialist degree. Achievement of a certificate does not guarantee admission to a master's or specialist degree. You must meet general admission requirements for admission to a degree program.
